Additions
While some home additions are relatively easy to envision, some others could be challenging and not that easy. A simple drafting work with a few notes on paper is not the way we develop our set of plans. We develop our set of plans with thorough research, with greater details and accuracy. Deck Design
Decks are now very popular. There are so many variations in design and construction method. Many are done virtually without a plan. Once a deck is built and if the home owner finds himself in a position of not liking it, there is no point of return. At CAD Seattle, we take a different approach. We design in 3D software, we study and analyze, we present home owners with multiple ideas. Once we all agree, and everyone is on board, only then do we pursue for the final construction set of plans. The outcome is always stunning.
